Payment and refund policy

Contributions help pay the operating costs of Bring Me Sunshine Group and its family of projects. They are voluntary and do not purchase a product or guarantee a service.

Who receives your support

Bring Me Sunshine Group is operated as a sole-trader business. BMSG is not GST registered. Contributions are not advertised as eligible for charitable donation tax credits.

Your choice

Choose a one-time or monthly contribution in the displayed currency. Processing-fee support is optional and unchecked by default. If selected for monthly support, the displayed total repeats monthly. It is an estimate, not a promise to exactly match Stripe's costs.

Monthly contributions

Your chosen amount is collected each month until you cancel. Use the Stripe management link to update your payment method, view invoices or cancel future collections. Cancellation does not automatically refund earlier payments.

Refunds and invoices

To request a full or partial refund or an invoice, contact services@bringmesunshinegroup.com with your payment reference. Requests are reviewed by the operator. Approved refunds return through the original payment method; bank processing times vary. Nothing in this policy limits rights that apply by law.

Payment records

Stripe handles card information. BMSG keeps payment references, amounts, currencies, source website, accounting classifications and audit records for financial administration. Financial records are retained under the applicable retention requirements. See the BMSG privacy policy.
